Thank you for using the "Chengli brand" special purpose vehicles produced by our company, and the "Chengli" brand new energy vehicles, in order to better provide high-quality after-sales service, our company now solemnly makes the following commitment to you: 1. All special vehicles and new energy vehicles produced by our company will implement lifelong service. During the "three guarantees" period, the quality problems of the modified part and the internal part of the vehicle chassis will be repaired free of charge. For problems that occur after the "three guarantees" period, our company will organize maintenance as soon as possible and charge costs according to the situation. 2. Under the premise of complying with the normal use of the instruction manual of special vehicles and new energy vehicles, if the special modified part and the new energy vehicle are damaged and cannot work normally due to the company's manufacturing reasons during the "three guarantees" period, the after-sales service department will appraise and confirm and give warranty or compensation. "Three guarantees" period: calculated from the date of delivery of the company's products. 3. Chengli Automobile Group's new energy vehicles require each region to have at least one authorized maintenance service center, arranged in a reasonable service area, equipped with a certain number of professional and technical personnel, equipped with a certain number of charging facilities according to the regional holdings, and open to the public. At the same time, it promises to provide 24-hour uninterrupted rescue services, and when the demonstration application of new energy vehicles fails or accidents, they should respond quickly within 30 minutes, start the disposal plan, and solve it in a timely manner. Remote monitoring of the whole vehicle, power battery, drive motor, etc., data "lifetime" storage (vehicle scrap data is stored for at least 11 years during the design life), and the warranty of key components such as batteries, drive motors, and controllers is not less than 5 years or 200,000 kilometers. 4. All kinds of wearing parts and consumables of the special modification part and the chassis part of the vehicle are not covered by the warranty, such as light bulbs, glass, rubber products, various electrical instruments, sensors, etc.; Vehicles that are not used normally according to the requirements of the instruction manual, such as parts damaged by irregular replacement of lubricating oil, etc. are not covered by the warranty. 5. Users should carry out daily maintenance, maintenance and troubleshooting of common faults on the vehicle and its modified parts, so that the vehicle can be kept in good condition and special functions can be used normally. 6. Our company has a technical and rapid after-sales service team, and opened a 24-hour service hotline, from the beginning of receiving user information, give a reply within 0.5 hours, arrive at the site within 4 hours in the city, arrive at the site within 24 hours in the province, and arrive at the site within 72 hours outside the province. After the maintenance personnel arrive at the site, they are guaranteed to solve minor faults within 4 hours, general faults are guaranteed to be solved within 10 hours, and for major faults or damage to special parts, clear solutions are provided within 24 hours, and timely and thorough solutions. 7. According to the needs of users, the company can train operators for free and provide relevant technical information for users.

8. Three electric service commitments

1. Service mode: The after-sales service department of new energy vehicles leads the self-built service network of the three power manufacturers to provide warranty services and paid services for the products sold. The self-built network of the three power manufacturers includes the direct on-site service personnel and spare parts warehouses of the three power manufacturers, as well as the three electric maintenance service stations that the three power manufacturers recruit and authorize direct settlement. 2. Service process: When the product failure of the three-electric system, the end user will report for repair through the priority of "new energy 400 service hotline, new energy after-sales service personnel, three-power manufacturer service station, and three-power manufacturer stationed service personnel". 3. Timeliness commitment of the three power manufacturers: 1) Reply to the processing plan within 2 hours after receiving the repair report. 2) 3 hours in urban areas, 5 hours in suburbs, and 48 hours in remote areas. 3) 12 hours repair for common faults, 72 hours for rare faults. 4) Commonly used spare parts will be on site in 24 hours, and non-ordinary spare parts will be on site in 72 hours. 4. Supervision of service exceeding standards: New energy and customers have the right to supervise whether the services of the three power manufacturers meet the timeliness standards. The claim cost includes materials, working hours, outing expenses, etc., of which the material price is calculated according to the supply price of the three power manufacturers, the working hour is calculated according to the relevant three electric maintenance timetables, and the outing expenses are settled according to the facts. 5. Quality warranty terms: 1) Warranty scope: The three electric products supporting new energy vehicles provide warranty services. 2) Warranty content: The three power manufacturers only provide free warranty services for faults that are identified as their own responsibility. The warranty service includes diagnosis, inspection, adjustment and replacement to restore the performance of the three electric powers. 3) Product quality warranty period: 5 years or 200,000 kilometers; wearing parts and consumable parts shall be implemented in accordance with the standards of relevant manufacturers; 4) The beginning of the quality warranty period: it is implemented according to the date of the vehicle leaving the factory. 5) The warranty period for new parts replaced during the warranty period: refer to the user manual of the three-electric system for details. 6) Property rights and disposal of old parts: The property rights of the old parts of Sandian during the warranty period belong to the responsible party and be handled by the responsible party. The property rights of the old parts of the three electric parts outside the warranty period belong to the owner of the vehicle. 7) Disclaimer: Customers or other third parties shall not unpack and inspect the three electric vehicles without permission, otherwise the third electric manufacturer has the right to no longer provide quality warranty liability for the electrical box. If it is really necessary to open the box, the personnel of the three power manufacturers need to perform the unpacking action under the condition of ensuring safety, tools, and processes. 8) Software system upgrade management: All upgrades are carried out according to the technology change management process of new energy. The upgrade plan of the three power manufacturers is implemented free of charge by the three power manufacturers with the consent of new energy, and customers need to provide necessary assistance (such as finding a car, finding people, and finding a venue). 6. Disclaimer During the warranty period, the three-electric assembly system that is used normally according to the user manual of the three-electric manufacturer shall enjoy the warranty period. For the three-electric assembly system under abnormal use, the warranty liability of the three-electric manufacturer disappears, whether during the warranty period or during the extended warranty period. Abnormal usage situations include but are not limited to: 1) Using the three-electric assembly system in violation of the provisions of the user manual of the three-electric system; 

2) The quality problems of the wearable parts exceed the express quality guarantee period;
3) Incidents such as long-term soaking in water, impact or traffic accident of the three-electric system;
4) Damage caused by private modification, adjustment or disassembly by the user;
5) Quality problems caused by not using the pure parts provided by the three power manufacturers;
6) The user destroys the three-electric assembly system and tries to shorten the life of the three-electric system;
7. Training:
1. The three power manufacturers provide free training for new energy regional after-sales personnel or regional service station personnel according to actual needs.
2. Provide free training for new energy vehicle users no more than 2 times/year.
8. New car launch service:
New energy provides inspection, maintenance and training services for all new cars before they are launched according to the flow of vehicles. In the first month of the new car launch, we will provide another first-month inspection and maintenance service.
9. Reserve of spare parts
3. Power manufacturers should reserve spare parts according to the standard of not less than 2% of the vehicles held in the region.
10. Warranty period
The warranty time is 5 years or 200,000 kilometers.
